Sources accustomed to the matter informed Bloomberg that Facebook is growing a cryptocurrency for transfers in WhatsApp.
Facebook is reportedly making a cryptocurrency for customers of the messaging service WhatsApp, Bloomberg reviews on Dec. 20. The token will purportedly be used for cash transfers made inside the app, and can give attention to the remittances market in India.
Citing sources accustomed to the matter, Bloomberg states that Facebook is growing a stablecoin. The sources additional said that the coin is not going to be launched anytime quickly, as Facebook remains to be engaged on a technique for custody property i.e. the asset to which the stablecoin shall be tied.
